The NIPO Fieldwork System (NFS) for CATI surveys was the world’s first telephone survey software, and its proven technology is still relied upon for thousands of CATI seats around the globe.

NFS CATI gives supervisors, project managers, and market research clients real-time insights into current fieldwork status, including what every interviewer is doing, and how the project is progressing. This centralized system offers rich functionality for sample and appointment management. It also supports seamless migration of telephone survey respondents to your associated online survey, at any point during the interview.

Windows-based on-premise setup with open architecture

NFS CATI runs on-premise on Windows-based hardware, and incurs minimal operational costs. Open architecture allows easy integration with other market research tools.

This flexible CATI system can scale to accommodate anything from 6 to thousands of interviewers. The addition of a dialer enables advanced capabilities such as auto, progressive and predictive dialing.

NFS CATI also gives access to extensive virtual call center functionality, which means interviewers can work from whatever location you choose – your own premises, an external call center, or from home.
